ABOUT US
Our core philosophy
See staffing gaps. Coordinate suitable support inside the hotel. What people on the floor see must reach those who coordinate the day — as one process, from the need through the decision to the team’s reply.
Not another system.
Hotels already plan rooms, shifts and service. Hotel Operations does not replace that software. It supports the short-notice coordination that today still sits in calls, chats and tables — when presence, demand and priorities change during the day.
The project grew from experience and collaboration with hotels in Germany — and from the questions that work raised, including with further houses. Not because hotels lack systems, but because one view of the day can become clearer: who is staffed, where support is missing, and who can help without leaving their own area exposed.
A view that belongs to the hotel.
Hotel Operations should not sit beside the house as a detached extra. It should become the recognisable path between the people on the floor and those who coordinate the day. Part of the hotel — not only part of the website.
Teams know where to look. Those who coordinate receive an ordered picture and then decide. Staff receive a clear request and can accept, decline or ask. The shared status belongs to the same process.
The thread of the work.
See the current operation
Staffing, availability, absences and work in each area are brought together. Leadership sees early where the house is steady and where support is needed.
Find internal support
Experience, time window and the effect on the giving area are considered together. The view proposes a fit. It does not assign anyone automatically.
Keep responsibility clear
Management reviews and decides — confirm a proposal, choose an alternative, or adjust the time. Staff receive an understandable request and can respond.
Hold a shared status
Decision, reply and changed staffing belong to one process. Coordination does not end when a message is sent.
Thought from both sides.
For staff, the day should be as clear as a photograph of the floor: own duty, time, task and changes. For those who coordinate, it must become a process they can work according to actual responsibility.
Only when both sides work from the same picture does a digital overview become real value for the hotel.
Our claim.
The current operation must be recognisable where people work on the floor — and where the day is coordinated.
A need should be captured in order, a proposal judged, a decision recorded, and a reply kept with the same process.
Hotel Operations is built around a working operational core. Because every hotel has its own structure, we adapt that core to the house — first in a bounded entry, then more widely. We do not ask the house to fit a generic product.
Who stands behind Hotel Operations.
Hotel Operations is an offering of WISEC Group GmbH in Wiesbaden. The platform is developed in Germany. It grew from experience and collaboration with hotels in Germany. The operational core is in place; we fit it to the hotel in conversation with the house.
Our focus is on understandable views for teams — in English, Greek and German, with further languages as the house requires — and on workable processes for hotels.
NEXT STEP
Let’s get acquainted.
Every hotel starts at a different point. We first look at today’s coordination: areas, roles and how a short-notice need is handled. Then we can agree on a bounded entry — before integrating it more widely — so the house can form a clear picture.
